I think centre-halves are all about partnerships. We have six possible centre-half pairings, and I’m not sure which is the best. But it will be Branthwaite plus one of the other, and the pair from Monday night is easily the worst possible combination.

That a great point. TFG may have a vision of buy young players and develop them, but in terms of Moyes is there any incentive for him to do this whilst he only has a year left on his contract.
Managing to stay up during this period is arguably the biggest achievement of any team in the Premier League era.
Wasn’t he also centre half against Newcastle? Final game of last season.
My aim is Sub 18, Sub 38, Sub 1.25 and I’m not sure about a Marathon maybe Sub 3.05 then aim for a Sub 3.00 the following marathon. Though first and foremost just to continue running injury free.
Tried to line up the hostel building and top of Y Garn so I think it’s somewhere near the red smudge.
Cwm cywion hanging valley, 450m & Pen yr Ole Wen.
The mistake with Koeman was sacking him when we did, I never thought Everton were at risk of going down and if we’d left it to later in the season Allardyce, Walcott and Tosun would not have been brought in.
It was 3mins when Liverpool were 2-1 up against us. Nothing to see.
Perfect running conditions down Hill Dickinson this morning, Everton 10k 39.10 chip time & 65th out of 2600 so not too shabby. Well done to all the runners, amazing effort.
They may as well put the ground on the map they use at the start of the episode.
Not sure this House of Guinness program is any good yet, but what an advert for the city of Liverpool.
Brilliant show. I can definitely recommend the books the show is based on, they’ve done a brilliant job of transferring the characters from the page to the screen, I just save the books until after I’ve watched the series.
Unfortunately it’s probably the gammons. In town centres and pubs Welsh Flags have been pretty common but related to sport, culture & a dash of anti-English. In the past 6 months the flag has been appropriated by all those idiots pedalling the anti-immigration shite in Wales, desperately sad.
It’s where I love the nfl, Thursday and Monday games distributed evenly and everyone knows the dates at the start of the season.
I was there on Friday one family in Porto shirts, group of Bournemouth fans and two separate R/S shirts. The stadium does now put us in that football tourism bracket, which is probably a good thing.
Wrexham aren’t going to get many clean sheets with Conor Coady and Danny Ward playing together.
Add some pets into the family mix and it’s 500+ seated squats a day, no need for a gym membership.
Just wait for the crackdown on low socks, we’ll be getting a 6 point deduction or ban from Europe.
I always go with some breadcrumbs on the top, adds a nice bit of crunch.
Any form of Aubergine Parmigiana is top meal.
Thomas is up there with Collina, Atkinson, Poll, etc in being inept and unable to manage themselves in the moment. Clattenburg was just biased, apparently he’d been out drinking with the Liverpool players that summer on pre-season tour.
The fact remains with Le Saux, even his teammates wanted to punch him.
Nice to see Sky Sports putting the effort in with Everton.
The original Jelly Cat.
Them jean shorts he was wearing as well.
Apparently he has quite extreme hyperextension, which is a natural form of throwing and gives him about 10% extra speed. It’s not throwing under the rules of cricket as due the hypertension he can maintain the same angle at his elbow joint throughout the action. Muralitharan had it as well.
If Chelsea are going to stockpile players, would it not be a good idea for all the other clubs to agree on not buying or loaning any of their squad. Let them pay and have 45 first team players, eventually that must cause them huge issues.
The North, where we do what we want.
Normal run coffee, electrolytes drink and some carbs. Race day coffee, electrolytes drink, Croissant, beetroot shot.
