People don’t know how hard it is when your parents date someone you despise- puts so much strain on your relationship.
We're proud to have signed @inquest-org.bsky.social's open letter, joining a dozen other human rights organisations in raising concerns about the government’s plans for policing.

Does anyone think the Labour Party or tories will even exist in a few years time- fascinating to see these parties just fall to pieces.
Naomi Osaka is and always will be the love of my life ❤️ #IndianWells #NaomiOsaka
I can’t stay up all night waiting for this tennis match.
The writing and acting is terrible.
#Vladamir is so cringe. The writing is obvs by an older white woman.

It’s because the police *cannot* shoot more Black people in the uk, not that they *don’t* want to.
Police violence against black people is routinely denied because ‘less people are shot’. That is objectively true, but it’s not out of the kindness of their hearts, it’s because the govt has capped the level of force the police use against Black people.
The *United Nations* said the police in the *uk* violate black peoples human rights with impunity!
Thats for all the white people who try to tell back people police brutality ‘doesn’t happen here’ or its ’not that bad’. You’re right, it’s worse than the us.
Brian Douglas, Kingsley Burrell, Jermaine Baker, Joy Gardner, Colin Roach. The police restrain black people to death, kill black people with batons, tasers, shoot black people with zero accountability.
Sean Rigg, Sheku Bayoh, Mikey Powell, Mark Duggan, Azelle Rodney, Christopher Alder, Seni Lewis, Levin Clarke, Chris Kaba, Roger Sylvester, Dalian Atkinson. Society never gave a shit cause these people were Black. It’s only when policing affects middle class white people is when there is change.
Telling people (white) to runaway from the police if they feel afraid. If Black people ran away from the police, white people would say ‘why do you resist arrest’
Thinking about how white society only cared about police killings when a police officer killed someone who was pretty and white- Sarah Everard.
For deceased white society have excused, defended, rationalised and endorsed killings of Black people.
I do not trust that the police tell the truth when they kill people- I don’t believe something untoward was not done to Chris Kaba. The police force has a proven history of racism and lying when they kill.

Watching the Good Karma Hospital on Netflix and crying my eyes out.
Season 4 needs to hit or it’s over.

Never really thought Coco Gauff was a good tennis player. She could hit a 100mph serve off one leg, with her left hand, but the foundations of tennis: serve, forehand and backhand are just not there. It’s not enough to play ugly. #cocogauff #AO26 #womenstennis
I normally really like the Tennis Podcats but lately they’ve been very …… rude I dunno, especially towards the Black players. The commentary feels very personal. #AO26
How would Britain vote at the start of 2026: by age and socio-economic classification Now, thinking specifically about your own constituency, if there were a general election held tomorrow and these were the parties standing, which party would you vote for? % https://yougov.co.uk/politics/articles/53923-how-would-britain-vote-at-the-start-of-2026
I assume voters aged 18-34 in routine occupation will not count as working class or left behind in serious punditry
60+ men who own their house, have a pension etc will on the other hand
Remember, it's not about being working class, it's about looking/sounding like it to the symbolic elite
Still incredibly traumatised by Chris Kaba’s killing. Can’t even imagine how his family feels. Over 1800 deaths- zero convictions. Zero.
