The President of the United States commemorates Easter by threatening war crimes and dropping an F-bomb

We need a new president, immediately, insomuch as this one has lost all control over his faculties

Are you trying to tell us something about bears? Is it a fancy bear, a dancy bear, or maybe a boo-boo bear?

If You Think We Can’t Beat Trump, Remember The 3.5% Rule History shows autocrats are vulnerable to massive nonviolent resistance

Trump’s $45 million birthday parade with its tanks and helicopters is an authoritarian ego trip. But the real show of force this weekend won't take place in D.C., it’ll happen in the streets as protesters gather nationwide to declare "No Kings in America!"

If that’s what they do to a United States Senator with a question, imagine what they can do to any American that dares to speak up. We will hold this administration accountable.

The “we don’t need PMs, just hire more engineers” mindset tech execs seem to have these days is both stupid and short-sighted. Engineers are not good at PM work and they don’t enjoy it, so they’re not motivated to bother learning - especially when “glue work” isn’t rewarded come review time. 😡

I'm thinking about how tonight was probably the first time Kilmar Abrego Garcia learned that millions of people care about him - the first time he learned that the United States Supreme Court ruled 9-0 to bring him home. I'm thinking what it must mean for him to know, right now, that he isn't alone.

Call the Capitol switchboard (202) 224-3121) every day and tell your representatives:

You swore to defend the Constitution.

That Nazi thug president tramples democracy every day.

The concentration camps are here.

We need you to shout “Impeach!”
All together.
Every day.

250 years ago we started our war against tyranny. Our country was born rejecting a king and we sure as hell won’t let Trump destroy our democracy now. No Kings!

I hate to be that guy, but this is the five-alarm fire, and every elected Democrat and frankly, every Washington reporter should be ringing the bell. If it can happen to him, it can happen to anyone. Nobody with a voice should give this administration a moment’s peace about it.

What Really Happened With the DDoS Attacks That Took Down X Elon Musk said a “massive cyberattack” disrupted X on Monday and pointed to “IP addresses originating in the Ukraine area” as the source of the attack. Security experts say that's not how it works.

"virtually all modern internet services experience [DDoS attacks] regularly and must proactively defend themselves.... [But] some X ... servers...weren't properly secured behind the company's Cloudflare DDoS protection and were publicly visible.....As a result attackers could target them"

1 year ago 263 72 9 14

Why is the headline on all X outage stories about Musk blaming Ukraine for the DDoS? Why aren't media outlets putting the emphasis on the security lapse that allowed script kiddies (or whoever) to launch the attack against X as well as the lack of any evidence that the traffic came from Ukraine IPs?

For years i had patience with my trump loving former friends. They arent the same people they were 20 years ago, 10 years ago or even 2 years ago. I am no longer able to be friends with them even 5 years ago they would not be friends with who they are today, Soulless, heartless and hateful

“Though both Hitler and Hugenberg were fiercely anti-Communist, antidemocratic, anti-immigrant, and anti-Semitic, their attempts at political partnership failed spectacularly and repeatedly.”

100% accurate. Why did most cars settle on buttons for power seats that resemble the form of the seat? Because they require much less mental effort. Hunting (visually) for the right place to press or slide on a touchscreen UI is dangerous. Smart designers know this.

RFK Jr., America’s Leading Advocate for Getting Measles Contrary to what the health secretary says, the outbreak of disease in Texas is, in fact, unusual.

RFK Jr. and his movement do not simply ignore the need for vaccination, Benjamin Mazer writes. They also trivialize and dismiss preventable child death. theatln.tc/dbdtuQVB
