PSA: while butt eczema may occur (I defer to my Derm colleagues), if on sexual history you find out this person has anal sex, it may be worth looking at TMVII as a diagnosis, as steroids may worsen the condition. I've seen 2 cases eczema treatment for years, when they needed was antifungal #IDSky
