Do you mean with the peel? If yes, then sometimes the mango hair gets stuck in your teeth, and it's really difficult to remove

I have done it several ways. There seems to be an art to it. I cut off the sides and eat the stuff off the seed in the middle. No mango left behind, dried, sucked off. Then I cut the parts into long slices, no horizontal cuts. And enjoy. (The closest similar looking gif I could find)
