Many private institutions get government funding. So yes, I see what you’re saying, but there is a vast difference in funding between a state school and a private college. Title IX (and many other grant programs) was written to allow all schools, private and public, to benefit from it.

Props to Harvard. Why would anyone think that they can dictate what a private university teaches or whom they admit or hire, or what their policies should be?! They’re a PRIVATE university. Don’t like it? Don’t go there.

Let’s be clear. When the President defies the Supreme Court, it is the role of Congress to remove him from office. Full stop.
