Her comments are very insulting and tone deaf after her and Mayor Gillingham delayed the installation of the bike lane on Wellington Crescent.

As of this afternoon the entire northbound lane is blocked off so now instead of just worrying about merging into traffic cyclists now also need to face oncoming traffic.

Mayor Gillingham brags about millions in AT spending, meanwhile the list of current projects is years out of date and on the ground cycling projects in progress are a rare sight.

The sidewalk/bike lane on northbound Pembina between Calrossie and Merriam is being dug up for a multifamily development. There's a detour in place in the median lane of Pembina but it's barricaded.

Don't forget to avoid the collapsed drains on your way south between Kingsway and Harvard and between Lorette and Scotland.

Almost right hooked yesterday by a driver turning east onto Carter.
