That's amazing. I can hear this as well. We had one land in our backyard recently. We quietly watched from inside our house as it slowly hunted lizards. It was epic.

That bums me out to hear about the way it counts towards sales. I have been consuming mostly audiobooks these days. With all the time I spend walking my dogs and in the car, I have way more time to spend listening than I would reading. Either way, looking forward to this book!

Just ask the people you are getting quotes from. They likely will add some additional fees, but as you said it will be worth it. Now is the time to do that stuff. We were able to replace all our faucets and shower heads as part of this, and they just had me pay the installers day of for that.

We paid $8500 which included the drywall repair. 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and 2 outside spigots.

The thought of repiping was scary to me as well. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to do my entire house which is 2 stories. These plumbers work magic. It was also cheaper than I expected.
