I've said this for a while now but the game need a full mechanics reset. Go back to DR and start from there like Xrd did. ASW recognized that +R was not the game to iterate on and chose an older model, I think the same can go here
More than anything it's pretty frustrating to hear one tag line and get an entirely other patch. Idc if this is your vision but stand by it will ya? It might have been a slightly annoying patch if it wasn't promising something else
