Artemis II was the most incredible thing I’ve seen in a long time

Nice to get one last photo before we blow ourselves up in a nuclear war
extremely bad time for an astronaut to find out he's a werewolf
NASA isn't why the US doesn't have universal healthcare, or a social safety net. The US doesn't have those things because politicians with the power to provide them choose specifically not to (with varying levels of support from voters). Enthusiasm for human spaceflight doesn't drive that choice.
There’s no group of people that I disagree with more than the “we should solve all of our problems at home instead of going to space” crowd.
Space exploration is one of the best things our species does! Have some wonder, curiosity, and hope! It’s incredible!
I just watched Artemis II complete its translunar injection burn, and for the first time in my life there are humans on their way to the moon. So, so, so cool.

Love to see energy behind Sunnyside Yards. This is the biggest opportunity to transform our city. 180 acres!
Delays like this will become more frequent - and impact more riders - the longer we rely on the North River Tunnel. We need to complete the Hudson Tunnel Project as soon as possible to deliver reliable, modern rail infrastructure that riders can count on.

I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

Huge!
NYCB&CH is solid! Most neighborhoods would kill for it. But I stand by Brooklyn Bagel.
The real ones know that cup is from Brooklyn Bagel, which is maybe the best bagel shop in the city. (And despite its name only has locations in Queens and Manhattan, not Brooklyn!)
Legally-mandated Shins concerts in every borough
“Survey after survey has shown that business owners overestimate how many customers drive to their stores vs walking or biking. In a 2012 Los Angeles study, more than half of the store owners on the bike-laned part of the boulevard thought most of their customers drove. The actual number was 15%.”
This would be huge
I’m sorry to inform you but the “5 golden rings” gift is, in fact, just more birds. blog.nature.org/2024/12/01/t...

QEDC removed 129 graffiti sites last year. But we also helped put some paint on walls this year.

Attention good people!
I’ve also settled on No for #6. Good arguments either way, but I think it’s ultimately better to keep NYC elections separate from the Presidential cycle.
Cool job alert: Go become director of the LAGCC SBDC and do cool Queens stuff with us. www.rfcuny.org/careers/post...
