I'll use to do lists and the regular things, but love drawing a clock face for the work day to carve out time! Will draw a line from the centre out, and scribble in each slice what tasks need doing. Works for my brain, but mostly use it because it's quick, fun, and visual!

Abolish ICE, prosecute and imprison its leaders, impeach and remove the President from office. This is the only sane reaction to a group of armed men kidnapping and gunning down our neighbors in the street.

For me, I've found donating to organizations and mutual aid groups or to people who just need some extra money to get by is a real sanity-saver in these times of feeling helpless but full of rage.
