It's oddly reassuring to have random shitposts of my art perform vastly better on social media than me trying to be serious about it.

Of course, you have to find a magical artifact-pot first that would be able to contain this unspeakable evil
Soweit ich das mitverfolgt hab, scheint n signifikanter Part des Codes mit Claude "geschrieben" worden zu sein? :,D
Zumindest hab ich lauter Posts gesehen, wo sich User über diesen Umstand witzig machen
I wanna start a 3-year DnD campaign to find out everything about the wicked curse of the banana plant
Like, even with that reply, it didn't work first try :,D
Huh, for me it's like a 30% chance of it just not loading anything
I don't think it's only today, Bluesky's been shitting it's bed consistently for like weeks now
It feels so weird having people call the simple act of mixing red and blue to get purple "color theory" when advertising their products.
Like, you're not wrong, but also fuck you for making that shit sound mythical, when that's something we learned in Kindergarten.
Have I ever successfully drawn an architectural sketch of any kind? Nope.
Am I particularly well-versed in perspective? Not really.
Do I know the first thing about ships? Well, they swim.
Am I still going to paint a fantasy pirate ship from a weird angle? Yep.
*sigh*
If your Kickstarter video/image is AI, I won't back it.
If your book has an AI cover, I won't read it.
If you're a public supporter of AI use for creative work, I will unfollow you.
I cannot stress enough how offensive I find AI use in the arts. It is outright theft, it is lazy, it is gross.
You don't have to lie for marketing purposes, simply because the general public does not know what abbreviations mean, and are therefore scared of them.
Fucking TELL THEM what your artists accomplished, and how they did it.
If I see "We didn't use CGI" as a brag from some movie executive again, I'll throw a table. Because yes. You did.
And guess what, it just does not matter, as long as it's done with proper intention and skill by professional artists, instead of being a crutch for bad concepts.
posting this 'ol thing again for no reason
I feel like going locking myself and like 30 other people in a house and everyone doing nothing but art for like a week straight would fix something.
Dangeschööön!
A man sitting in front of a desk, the left side of his head buried in his hand, leaving one eye open that's dimly glowing like a dying ember. His right hand is clutching a fountain pen and he appears to be writing. In front oh him is a scattering of papers, photographs and post-it notes completely filled with scribbles and notes. Leading from the head of the man, partially merging with it, is a thick cloud of smoke in which there are phantom-like figures, ranging from more or less detailed to washed-out and obscure towards the top.
My entry for the second round of the Unreal Björnament 5 #ub5 with the prompt "Resistance".
First I struggled real hard with it, then I found inspiration, and now I'm left with a piece that is apparently very open to interpretation.

I love the colors, feels really energetic and calm at the same time somehow?
More like plant necromancer
Two pots with some soil and little sproutlings growing from it standing near a circular window.
THE SAME FUCKING POTS BUT THE SPROUTLINGS HAVE GONE FULL ALIEN AND GROWN LIKE A TREE WITH MILLIONS OF LEAVES, THRIVING, MOISTURIZED AND READY TO ESCAPE THEIR POTS
Plants are fucking crazy.
Like, how do you expect me to believe that those two pictures are less than one month apart?
A portrait of a red-skinned demon with four horns and yellow eyes, in a 3/4-side profile looking cockily down at the camera. He's wearing a jacket with a sharp-angled collar that's been messily erased toward the lower part of the image. The Background is completely white with a black bar running across the screen right behind his head.
In the interest of actually showing that I'm an artist, have this sketch of my demonboi Eddie~

Awwwe thank you! :D
I'm glad it's reaching the intended audience 🙂↕️
The "Just Make it Exist First / You can make it good later"- art meme with a sketch of an old wizard perplexed by a vacuum cleaner and a finished illustration of the same motive
Just realized I finally have a piece that I can do this trend with, only 6 months after everyone else is already done with it
#JustMakeItExistFirst
An illustration of a stereotypical wizard in his overstuffed, chaotic workshop who looks horrified at a real-world dyson vacuum cleaner he's just gotten working, which is now sucking up all kinds of magical items on his cluttered desk
Turns out my personal spectrum of artistic activity is currently an on/off-switch.
Anyway, this is what 3 days of hyperfocus and competition-fueled painting look now!

Did not think I'd get Zuckerberged immediately after founding a startup for spun water, but here we are
Brandy. Sandy.
Just stumbled across this timelapse from about 3 years ago, when I was crazy enough to start most of my sketches in one file and leave the function running in the background.
(Yes, CSP had absolutely horrendous performance toward the end)

My brother. The entire movie is about the system getting it wrong multiple times and innocent people fucking dying because of it.
- At the end of the movie, everyone just seems to completely forget that, while the main character might be an adequate detective, he's still abusive to his wife?
It's baffling to me how anyone felt comfortable marketing the movie "Mercy" to anyone.
- Anything CGI looks like hot garbage. (probably not the fault of the artists but of the budget/timeline but still)
- The fuck is the message? "At the end of the day AI is a good susbstitute for a fair trial"?
