Rutte is the head of NATO of which the US is an highly contributing member. He would not be doing his job properly if he was not also looking after the US’ interests within the alliance. What you are saying should be pursued by European countries outside the scope of the NATO, not by Mark Rutte.
Not sure why he needs to be removed? Would you rather see a Trump appointee? I doubt Rutte made any “deals about Greenland”. If he made any deals (I doubt it), he will have gone with concessions from NAVO partners, likely about buying US weapons or spending more on their armies.
