We had a city EcoFest up here in Richmond Hill, ON last weekend, and my regularly biking 16yo and I got to try e-scooters and e-bikes for the first time and while I was already sold on e-bikes, smoothly reaching solid speed on an incline at minimal effort had my jaw dropping, then smiling.
His shot selection was awful, especially since with Jak out he could be in the paint more. But the defensive effort and transition passing was great.
