Every neighborhood should have a noise table as part of its municipal infrastructure. Just a sturdy table bolted down in a park or the main square where anyone can do a noise set. And if people want to have a picnic there, that’s fine too, but they have to move if a noise artists wants to set up.

Look I agree that Elon Musk appears to be on a lot of drugs every time he appears in public. That's not very interesting to me. I'm more interested in how many drugs he can do at once. I think he could probably do more than anyone ever. I bet he could take way more than the doctors say is safe.
