I am looking for a full-time job.

Being independent in open source for 3.5+ years has been wonderful. I've gotten done most of the high-level goals I wanted to, and miss having people & structure around me.

If you know of a role for a staff-level TypeScript+web developer, let me know! ๐Ÿ™‚

Very clever how we've effectively made AWS a single point of failure for most of the Internet.

This is freaking insane. The level of polish necessary for this visual fidelity and it all runs flawlessly on mobile. Hats off.

Who's having conversations about how we can mitigate and reduce the ways in which "AI" is undermining labor markets?

These are the conversations I want to hear and be a part of.

But mostly my use case is because I care a lot about data privacy and security. We run so much untrusted software randomly on our machines. I want everything locked down in a way that works for me personally.

I would love it if all operating systems (mobile or otherwise) supported toggling system authentication (biometric/password) when opening an app on a per app basis.

No need for most app developers to even implement anything, and this would be a huge security boost for everyone.

Yeah, for sure, I can see that's a little rough. It's literally lacking in context heh.
