Sometimes the Miis say something a little too perfect

I’m thinking of switching my language to Japanese for Tomodachi Life, does anyone know if it impact my game in anyways switching between it and English? Eg would I lose pronoun settings?

The 2026 Animal Crossing and Godiva collab is out here in Japan! This year they have a tea theme with a couple of the fillings being tea flavored as well.

Mitsui Outlet Parks here in Japan now have the Dragon Quest “Join the Quest” event going on.
In addition to being able to see cut outs and a slime statue, there is a stamp rally. If you collect all 5 monsters, you get an exclusive sticker.

Just went to MOSDO! which is amazingly a combination of MOS Burger and Mister Donut and loaded up on cards. Turns out there are only two locations in all of Japan which is rather unfortunate!

As usual I rang in the New Year with my Animal Crossing friends.

I’m not sure why, but one of the songs for the Japanese Kouhaku New Years Eve special was filmed in the Nintendo Museum. Definitely wasn’t expecting that.

My first time seeing the Animal Crossing Pez dispensers here in Japan! For some reason I get the feeling that they’ve been out for longer elsewhere.

Here in Japan drinking non-alcoholic champagne called “Chanmery” with anime characters on it is a Christmas tradition! I went for the Pokemon one this year. Merry Christmas!

The latest edition of Dengeki Nintendo comes with an Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch 2 Edition decal and a 2026 wall calendar poster! The calendar is quite nice and includes in-games events, villager birthdays, seasonal crafting info, and real life holidays.

Does anyone else have this same issue with Nintendo Today, even after reopening the app and trying to reload the calendar?

Just found these super cute Animal Crossing (and Pikmin) paper theater! It’s a paper craft scene you can put together.

My jaw dropped when they first showed the hotel! There’s a lot to look forward to in this update.

Animula Nook booth at Tokyo Game Show! I wasn’t able to try it out (people could try it inside the house but I didn’t get there early enough for a numbered ticket), but I didn’t get a cute paper bag and hair clip from the booth.
