Posting about this now so I don’t forget to get it in the thread.

Pokèmon battles are so fun you guys. They’re so cool and exciting and I’m gonna keep playing this. I just didn’t want to forget it later.

Pokèmon Legends: Z-A

Replayed to get my spouse an Eternal Floette for Champions. It’s at its best in the very beginning and once you’re at Rank F. It’s a bit grindy in the middle but fun and inoffensive. A pop-corn movie of a game.

has never happened in Pokèmon before. Like Ash and Brock both were way past their sell-by date before they finally got to leave.

The alternative would be to end the show and have Pokèmon give up its golden time slot.

I mean, I get it? Having the characters continue to see use past their expiration can be frustrating, but it’s also them having to deal with a business decision in the best way they can. And it’s not like this

My old favorite game to play while other stuff downloads in the background. I still love this game even if it’s just Poker. Definitely recommended.

Pokèmon XD: Gale of Darkness

I did not finish this. It’s the same gameplay as LG but slower and worse somehow without the light at the end of being able to transfer guys.

I loved it back in the day but it did not age well.

It could end up being a lot of fun! All we have is a poster to go off of and everyone just seems to be jumping to the worst possible conclusion.

Maybe it’ll be good! Maybe it’ll be a trash fire. But we haven’t even seen anything yet.

Does that mean it’s going to be bad? Well, some of the obvious advertising is some of the most beloved episodes in the franchise. Some of the most panned content is the most original (Decalore springs to mind). Just because Cap is gonna rip some sick goals on Aeos Island doesn’t mean that it’s bad.

they had an N64 game to sell. There’s a wild Bulbasaur in a preserve in Hoenn. An entire year of the show was just shilling Emerald. How is that less blatant than the mobile stuff?
