thank you to everyone supporting me these last few weeks, be it by donations, downloading my ttrpgs, installing my sponsored game, or just liking my posts. it's all keeping my morale up despite the crisises happening around me and that's worth so so much on its own.

The way profit maxxing corpo culture has invaded every form of art through algorithms pushing people into daily posting is really weighing on me lately. Efficiency and regularity of making "content" being prized above all else feels so grim, man.

This represents the cost of the moving truck itself, since what I had saved up will cover the people to load the truck and hopefully the gas for transit.

This is a valid point: whenever you see this sort of high-pressure sales tactic turned on a technology, you can be CERTAIN that it's a fake—actually useful new tech sells itself!

And don't underestimate the effectiveness of FOMO as a tool in the hands of a con artist.

I completely get that not everyone has the background in or opportunity to be exposed to classical concerts, operas, symphonies, plays, etc, but it really bugs me that people don’t consider performers in their audience behavior.
