Not sure if @americanair.bsky.social at ORD is incompetent, dishonest, or both. Yesterday flight cancelled no explanation. Today? Delayed from start, delay extended, gate changed right before pre-board… the monitors are full of delayed, cancelled flights. But I won’t make this mistake again.
It found a good home. And yes, I’m still sad.

I’ve had the opportunity to “help” twice in the last 3 weeks. Just after Tgiving chased a lady down in a parking lot who left $40 cash back in a self-checkout machine. Today turned in a dropped DL (and later alerted the person as to where I left it) at SeaTac. Feels good to change fate!

Painting major that took an intro to videography class. This at a point in time where video was recorded to tape, and digital editing was new. I now take and edit videos regularly as a function of HR training and the common sense “rules” I learned over 30 years ago remain incredibly useful.

The Southworth fast ferry has been a great way to make a quick overnight trip to Seattle for a Kraken game. 24 hour parking for $5. $2 fare. And I have the entire boat to myself… the early morning return trip might actually have closer to 10 passengers.
We aren’t watching the @seattlekraken.com game (currently in Canada just walking around Victoria) but was this game a lack of overall defense or a Grubauer downfall (or both?)
