Still dreaming of the delectable dinner I was treated to at D’Olier Street in Dublin… I think it’s the best fine dining experience I’ve had 😋 Sitting at the chefs counter at the open kitchen was particularly special - I love seeing talented cooks doing what they do best!

Back home safe & sound, but the jet lag is a lot worse than I expected 😅 Am finally feeling a bit more human today, and will start getting on top of my admin as of tomorrow x
