I talked once with a trans lady about household chores, she liked to do them and soak up the free euphoria. I knew what she meant, but it struck me as odd - doing the dishes doesn't give me euphoria, it's just a task. Stuff like this. Lots of ladies feel the same, just I don't have to unpack this.

But thinking about myself as feminine, no, I still have the same road to walk as you, especially given the era we were raised in. ❤️

Maybe not "feminine", but discarding masc things. Like crying is a good example, I've always cried, I learned how to dig into what it meant and deal with the root in my 30s. Lots of trans ladies who tried to be more masc would have ignored that feeling and maybe want therapy now to help with it.

My egg coping mechanism was to get as far from stereotypical masculinity as possible without actually tipping over any edges, live pretty decently like that for years and then up end it all one day when I realized it wasn't actually enough. 🤣😭

The units used are different, but mine was tested as 1100 in June and 600 a week ago, both are "in range" for pmol/L, but I'm like.... That's a really big difference!! Appointment with my endo next Wednesday, and it's my 1 year and it's a big deal!
