a fineliner pen drawing of a Lego flower set in a terracotta vase. The lego flower set is a Botanicals "field flowers" set (30701) featuring a dandelion clock, a dandelion flower, and an ear of wheat.

Lego flowers in non-lego vase. Bonus September date mistake :(

Fine line drawing of a wall. A plant is in the foreground. The wall has bricks showing through the plaster. Two cracks run through the bricks. In the middle, some kind of wall art made of vertical planks, each plank has a small roof. Some succulents are in pots on the planks. The rightmost plank has what looks like a figure sitting, wearing a flowery top. The legs are made of tea candles hanging from string.

Is this a good platform to post my attempts at drawing? Instagram is doing my tits in.

Let's find out (did I do the alt text thing right?)

Sp-tify will call it an album if over 6 tracks and* over 30 minutes - so I reckon you should split it in two EPs and call it "ACTUALLY AN ALBUM part 1 and 2"

* unclear if logical AND or OR

A technical pen sketch of a cat facing the viewer, looking to their left. The cat's face show what could be seen as a smile. The drawing reads "smile at your local cats" in the corner.

A LinkedIn post by Matthew Vellacott saying:

Blocking Whitehall with John Deere tractors.. we counted that approximately 10% of all the tractors in the protest were sold by Farol and being monitored live by our aftersales team with JD link telematics. On call 24/7 ! In field and in city!

We also sent 10 of our tractors from our hire fleet to the protest - UK farming desperately needs support to remain viable which has a knock on to many other industries such as ours.
If British people want healthy food, that’s sustainable with high welfare. and most importantly gives UK food security in this ‘unpredictable’ world then the government should support not ignore their needs.

Blocking a public road, with artificially inflated protestor numbers using for-hire vehicles. What if somebody needed an ambulance?

Linkedin buzzwords of the day, but in the real world:

10x engineers: 1x fuck around turns into 10x find out.

The 80/20 rule of hiring: 80% of the people you hire end up doing 20% of the work.

A person playing drums wearing a "uncle dog" t-shirt from the Internet Comment Etiquette store. The drummer's face is swapped with the face on the t-shirt, making for a pretty hilarious yet unsettling result.

New Practical Man verse?

"Motorists being fined for
breaking the law" and "taxing businesses which encourage avoidable pollution" sounded a bit less marketable I guess.

I'm sure "Legal & General Plc", a FTSE100 company, will have a very detailed look at the implications on the social tissue of a gentrifiable bit of Oxford, versus making the line go slightly up for its shareholders

What even in the flying fuck is a "poor performing building"? Does it need a 1:1 with its manager?

"We're a little behind the 2025 goals, we need a sit down" *noise of building sitting down in the HR meetign room*

1 year ago 1 0 1 0

"Poor performing building" goes so far beyond neoliberal academia speech that it goes all the way round the planet, flies off into lower earth orbit, comes back, and becomes neoliberal academia speech again
