I do sometimes depending on my mood and I’ve gotten some shocked responses.
Cluster headaches might be the most frustrating medical problem I’ve ever dealt with. They’re persistent, they fake out ending and then keep coming back, they seem to decide at random if they’ll respond to medication, and ZERO of the migraine or sinus “hacks” work on them in the slightest.
