SCOTUS already ruled that there is no constitutional issue in gerrymandering for political outcome. They did that in 2015 or so. One of their worst decisions for the health of our county IMO.

All the cats I know have had litters of 4-7 kittens.
Not an in depth search, but it looks like there are cases when it’s normal and ok for cats to have small litters.
