I’m someone who has been cycling through different types of EDs for years and in my experience frequent 12-18hr fasts make it better but frequent 32hr+ fasts make it worse and if fasts aren’t frequent they don’t do too much

just figured out that I might be allergic to a certain type of fruit… but I’m gonna choose to ignore that because I have 1lb of it on my counter and it’s delicious (even if it burns) #caterpillarsky
