Yeah EV9 has 12v battery issues as well based on Reddit search. Drove a Rivian today too. Well made car so less worried about minor issues but some of the ergonomics don’t make sense for a family with two young kids.

It’s a good car! This one had some minor factory built issues. Fit and finish stuff but not confidence inspiring.
Long trip once a year so won’t optimize for that. But we were doing 4hour trips every 1-2 months.
Ok helpful! I’m in Atlanta and it’s 250 miles from me to my sister’s front door in TN. Hoping to do it on one charge. The altitude climb near Chattanooga is what has me worried about eating up range.
We like the extra row for long roadtrips (8+ hours) with the in-laws. But the range isn’t long enough for those types of trips without having to stop for a charge..so maybe I don’t need the backrow
What kind of range do you actually get out of it?
Thank you!
Awesome! Thank you!
We’re considering leasing a Kia EV9. Any opinions on that car in particular? Also how do I get the best deals/rebates?
I went to the grocery store while hungry and somehow walked out with these…
Sleep walk?!
Now you’re getting it!!
Watched One of Them Days with my wife this weekend. Really fun movie!
Scavengers Reign was one of the best shows I’ve seen in the past 5 years!
I didn’t move to Georgia to have 3 snow days in two weeks.
Damn dawg!
Aquarium’s cool. Renting bikes when it’s warmer is nice too. Recommend the Silver Comet trail vs. Beltline (or do a less busy part of the Beltline).
People, I’m begging you to wear headphones while listening to videos on your phone in public places.
I used to publish annual reviews but stopped when things got busy in 2020. I'm back at it and published five year (2020-2024) mega-review of my life! www.jareau.me/2024-review/
I’ll check it out! Thanks. And I’m on Twitter and bluesky but not sure about either right now.
Coffee shop this morning.
Latest book haul!
30 degrees in Atlanta this morning so went for a run/coffee/walk/run this morning.
Just discovered this Han Solo frozen in carbonite crayon in my daughter’s craft supplies!
Special place in my heart for this film!
Morning run
It’s perfect!
We’re finally on the mend. Getting sick after vacation is so stupid!
