It was really off the beaten track down more of a residential street, and like 2 doors down from a mechanics. Not sure the name but I think the guy was Bruno. Set menu including wine and grappa was like 13 euros. He kept warning us about the very strong cheese

1. Sound really carries here (& our lounge is not enclosed)
2. our neighbours won’t have seen, or even know of the film
So yes, who knows what they think of us now

It’s a very wet dough, if you’re not used to them. Flour the surface and your hands a lot, and fold it up on itself a few times to get some height to the baguette
