Weather in Amsterdam is finally good for riding again! But my Triumph needs a little TLC before hitting the road. Nursing it back to health with some juice
A few months ago, I was so upset at what's been going on in my old country that I decided to do something positive and volunteered to work at a polling station in Amsterdam. It was the longest but most rewarding working day I've had in a very long time.

I just bought Mav's scenario and ran it for a bunch of new gamers... A big hit,the "relatability" of the 1970s music scene makes it easy for new gamers to dive in and have fun.
I'll definitely watch Mav's AP!
(And if any of my non-gaming friends want to try it out, LMK)
Join us TOMORROW for a live stream of Keeper Mav's newest Call of Cthulhu x David Bowie scenario, The Man Who Sold the World!

It's day 80 of the ICE occupation of MSP.
Many of our neighbors have been in hiding for 11 weeks. We have 9 days to raise March 1 rent for those families.
Please dig in and give as you can - many rent relief fund are in desperate need of $$

Guardian headline 10th feb 2026 ICE List: the small European website exposing US immigration agents Netherlands-based site uses public information and tips to reveal identities of agents involved in crackdowns across US
Dutch site IDs ICE agents via public data
“ICE aren’t actually fearful of their safety…What they’re fearful of is not being invited to baseball games or not being invited to the pub with their friends. Community exclusion – that’s what they’re fearful of”
wiki.icelist.is/index.php/Category:Agents
Everyone here has had to decide what they will and won’t do. Will you take someone in your house? Will you bring them groceries? Will you patrol streets with a whistle? Will you do some other kind of work, of which there are many. And how many of these types.
Oops "thanks for pointing..."
Yes awesome, for pointing that detail out. On it!
If you cannot do it with people watching, what you're doing is not "law enforcement," obviously.
It is legal to observe ICE, and the people committing "obstruction of justice" here are not the observers. This should be 100000000% obvious.
Welcome (soon in guess) @valree.bsky.social ! There is a lot of good stuff here but can be tricky to find until you learn where to look... We will get you sorted
This is Minneapolis.
Collective trauma, and neighbors helping neighbors.
This is our 24/7 every day lives right now, not just a 10 second news clip.

Humbird in Leiden with @bishopjoey.bsky.social and @mattfeigal.bsky.social — spectacular folk music from Minneapolis.
Really recommend you check them out.
Last night's adventure was seeing Humbird with @belovedsnail.bsky.social and @mattfeigal.bsky.social - My favourite song of their set (which was *all* good) was a reworking of Bury Me Not On The Lone Prairie. Big Dipper was a close second...

Essentially, what stops abductions is when crowds outnumber the masked kidnappers. When people aggressively follow ICE with whistles and horns, crowds are ready to show up. If they show up fast enough, ICE leaves and a family is not broken. (People here understand the stakes).
We will allow non-Minnesotans to post one (1) piece of unsolicited advice about what we should be doing right now upon evidence that you have made at least a three-figure donation www.standwithminnesota.com
I am introducing the Melt ICE Act to end funding for immigrant detention and monitoring.
We have seen the danger in infusing resources into DHS’s abuses of power. Funding for ICE is fuel for human suffering.
It’s time to start melting ICE.
This admin refuses to do anything to lower your health care costs, but found $75 billion for ICE… so agents can break down the doors of American citizens’ homes and drag them, barely clothed, through the snow. That’s not an exaggeration. That happened this weekend in Minnesota.
Unless they are stopped, all the worst things that Trump and the Republican Party are going to do are in the future, not the past.
This makes stopping them the highest priority for the future of human life on the planet.

Recorded my thoughts from A'dam on what's going down in my old home town of Mpls. A source of fear and also great pride. Thankful for updates from my friends & family there
Support your loved ones, talk to people on the ground, keep standing up for what's right.

If you hear that a think tank is telling your members of Congress not to say "abolish ICE," here's what you do: contact your members of Congress and tell them that you, a constituent, absolutely do want them to abolish ICE and you wanna hear them say it. Then get your friends to do it too.

we did in fact do all these things, unplanned in this order, as we went on our Solstice walk today in the Hoge Veluwe. It felt very much dreamlike, fae-touched, and we had to wonder if tonight we would sleep in our beds or dance in the fae courts for the next 20 years
Sunset over hills with oaks
A labyrinth
A small brick tower, a woman in black stands atop and gazes at the sunset
Cardinal points engraved atop the tower
Widdershins around a labyrinth, discover a doorway into the oak forest, walk a pathway up to a small tower, watch the Winter Solstice sunset. Greetings to the Holly King and the Oak King! Welcome back Sun!
Happy Solstice my friends
NL friends, come chill with us (literally) and drink some #gluhwein out of Sharon's #ceramics
We will be at the stall here until 16:00 today, Museumplein Amsterdam... We are right on the Concertgebouw path
Even better! Now I can definitely hear it in my head
