Allcode Collector 2.0 for Windows 95, released in 1996. A program built to store and organize code from a large variety of languages, such as C++ and HTML. Some of the languages such as VRML are no longer in use.

Akmail 2.0b for Windows 95 and NT was released in 1996. Its documentation describes its three-window view as "intelligent," perhaps because that was not a set standard at the time. It really shows how much we take modern user-friendly UIs for granted.
