1. It is important. Ethics and integrity matter in every form of journalism. You can't claim to hold billionaire owners accountable in their communities otherwise.

2. Sleeping with a source is bad, regardless of the gender of the journalist.

We pay for their stadiums via our tax dollars. We have a right to know what the companies taking our tax dollars are doing with the money we save them.

These teams play in stadiums funded by tax payers, and exist because people pay the NFL billions. People have a right to objective reporting on those teams.
