We can’t go back but we can change and move forward in a better way. Lots of love to all and especially my fellow nerds and 80s geeks.

But some of the constraints were actually healthy. Technology didn’t remove meaning — it just stopped protecting it.

Now it’s up to us to slow things down where it matters.

• Being unreachable sometimes (phone-free evenings, walks, meals)

• Limiting social media instead of letting it fill every spare moment

• Accepting a bit of boredom — that’s often where creativity and calm start

The 80s weren’t perfect, and we wouldn’t want all the inconveniences back. Read ➡️

Lately I’ve been thinking about why so many of us miss the 80s (or the idea l). It’s not really about the tech — it’s about pace, focus, and anticipation.

The good news is: we don’t have to go back in time to get some of that feeling back. We can choose it, selectively, today.
