Two tree swallows stand on a thin tree branch

Two tree swallows stand on a thin tree branch

Tree swallows swoop close to people, other birds, and the water to snatch flying insects. They are always a welcome sight when mosquitoes are around.

Although the yellow rumped warbler does eat berries, most of its diet consists of insects.

Thank you for doing this!😊

Yes! But at least we get to see them! But cooperate. Is it so hard for them to say "hey, I am going to fight this dude. Get ready"? 😁

I understand that. I had redwinged blackbirds fighting in front of me, and they fly so fast as they do that, I got nothing but a black blur in the air πŸ˜‚
I hope you get it eventually, but this is lovely!

Gorgeous shot!

You as well!!

Yeah, I have not hear of noise reduction being a big issue or gen-ai. I think it is more an advanced algorithm that is picking up on patterns.

As our yours, Den!!

Yeah, I think if it did/does use a ton of resources and contributes to environmental harm i would have to say no. But I am not even sure it is truly "AI" since that is also now a marketing term.

21 hours ago 1 0 1 0

Understandable. I am still learning the ins and outs of photography in this environment vs where I used to live. We do our best and it is usually pretty good!😊

Yes. I need to find a good glaze (?) To keep pics from being useful to AI

Resources is not the same. It isnt ideal but it is not theft or claiming to have captured something you didnt or destroying the planet (I am not sure that would even need internet to do) I could be wrong but my initial thoughts!

21 hours ago 1 0 1 0

Agreed! I generally like minimal editing (I sometimes crop down a lot or adjust lighting when it is still a bit dark etc) because i like reality. It isnt always the prettiest but it is real. Otherwise I will paint it!
Haha. I think using the tool that isnt stealing images and using a ton of

Gotcha. That makes sense. I feel bad for the authors or other creators that pour their heart into their work and it gets stolen. I rarely post paintings because of it. But I also need to post them. It is disconcerting

21 hours ago 1 0 1 0

Absolutely. That was why I felt compelled to call it out. If you use AI (which i oppose but recognize people do) don't pretend you didn't. So many talented photographers here dont get that traffic. Go give them a look instead of the fakery!

the robin picture? If that is the case I think the one that says human may be confused because it is AI altering a real photo. a real pic with an AI element. She even admitted it is AI. Plus, the splash would only be that much & in that uniform direction if the bird had a puddle on its head
