Never say no to volunteers, is my policy. I empty my compost bin in late August to feed the existing pots and always have tomatoes pop up!

Mine are volunteer plants. They just wandered wherever they could, and given my garden is tiny they went up the few taller plants and the Jasmine creeper!
Go, you volunteers!

Mine is mountain (tree) climbing!
About the size of an orange at the moment.

Yep. I read but don’t respond. Love the ability to do that.

What is oversharing online, and what are the risks? | ABC NEWS YouTube video by ABC News (Australia)

How much personal information do you share on Social Media?

Home Affairs research has found that 64% of Australians leave their private information open to cybercriminals. I spoke to ABC News this evening, about how this happens and steps we could take to secure our privacy.

I had a pumpkin start growing about a week or 10 days ago! The volunteer plant had only male flowers until then. Hoping it will grow fully.

And there’s no way I’m making shoes!

Now it’s getting too much!
I will need matching shoes next!
I will never be done.

Maybe in butterscotch colour?

The link only shows black, but there is butterscotch as well as desert colours. May go have a look later.

Yes, the rose is out, for sure.
Will take the jacket and see colour felt looks best.
Maybe make a prototype first.
Definitely want something for winter, and this looks like it will give some protection from a cold wind, possibly with a scarf.

Quite a comatose mound!
I can almost hear the chick contemplating that mound.

Now you have got me thinking.
I shall ponder long and hard.
Hopefully not too long 😁

That may be more of a challenge than I wish to take on!
O
Also, there’s very little left over fabric - just tiny scraps 😔

Thank you. Definitely a huge challenge!

Finally done!
I think I will most likely only wear it on the coloured side.
I love how the patterns mimics branding at centre front.
Zoom in to have a look.
And I had been sad that the centre front pattern would be lost with the binding, but it has actually been enhanced!

Much easier to microwave! Try 20sec! More if needed.

Have you tried the microwave??

And the food too!

It is. I remember once hearing the language of North Maharashtra, and thinking “The language sounds familiar, but why can’t I understand it!” I know Marathi, but the spoken language was Khandeshi, a dialect. The songs of each dialect are gorgeous. It’s what I love!

Speaking of gendered pronouns, the Kannada spoken in Bengaluru do es, but the older Kannada spoken in other places doesn’t. I got ribbed a lot because my Kannada was learnt in Bengaluru 🤷🏽‍♀️

Many of the Indian languages do, too. English, in many ways, has become more restrictive.

Much better than I had hoped, for sure.

I was so lucky to find it.
Hoping I can get a couple more meters to bind the armholes and sleeve hems.
