I do they aren't all restricted, though. I imagine Arceus will be, and some like Magearna (Soulheart shenanigans) and Hoopa (Unbound) should probably be if we're thinking about power levels, but we'll just have to see.

As a pair of people who have their favorite Pokémon being mythicals (Celebi for you and Zeraora for me), I imagine we both dream of that day lol
