Congrats Stefan, great job!
A Sharon Begley byline, almost 5 years after her death.
Upon hearing the news James Watson had died, a STAT reporter said in our Slack, "I wish I could read what Sharon would have written."
Incredible news: Sharon in fact did pre-write a Watson obit. And it is masterful and excoriating.

Great work! Congratulation Michael!

GfE School 2025
Are you in Germany in September (25th-27th) and ready to present your science? no further hesitation and register for the 15th GfE School on "Lineages: Revealing how Cells make Embryos and Tissues" at Schloss Reisensburg: www.vbio.de/gfe-entwickl... all #devbio enthusiasts and interested welcome!
Doctoral (PhD) student position available - epithelial-immune cell interactions in Drosophila wounding
Proud to kick-off #HetCCI, a DFG-funded research consortium in Germany (Priority Programme #SPP2493 on heterotypic cell-cell interactions in epithelia). Follow us if interested in how epithelial cells interact with non-epithelial tissues in different settings! Webpage will follow asap. #cellbiology
That looks fantastic. Jörg told me about this great meeting Have fun!
