The game was built in @godotengine.org
v4.2.1 and as always I loved the process. Godot makes a lot of things so smooth. Time to upgrade to 4.4 beta and play around with some new things.

The codebase? Eh, let's not talk about that. Things stayed somewhat clean up until 2 days ago.

I was worried the mastery curve would be next-to-nil on this game and therefore it wouldn't be very fun. However with Retro Rockets, Screw Attack, and the Stardust upgrades, there are really a lot of ways to reach the finish line and a little bit of rocketry to do so.

I'm pretty pleased with where the game is after 40-some hours of work. I wound up with 66 upgrades and between 60-180 minutes of gameplay depending on how well you optimize. The upgrades are fairly unique with some big ones changing how you play.

This was fun - and difficult - massive thanks to my wife for the extra time to program and taking care of our little guy.
