"He's Very Unwell" - Marsh Family parody of Chuck Berry's "Never Can Tell" from Pulp Fiction
"He's Very Unwell" - Marsh Family parody of Chuck Berry's "Never Can Tell" from Pulp Fiction YouTube video by Marsh Family

Do we even know if it’s Iran? Or someone else jumping on the bandwagon (so to speak)?
Check out the @marshfamilysongs.bsky.social’s “He’s very unwell” video here youtu.be/K2WWjjVlr7M?...

And they have totally eclipsed the video-game sportsball videos the US put out in the first days. Is the US even doing that jingoistic slop?

I bought it yesterday, read the sample on my phone until it was downloaded to my Kindle, and had to force myself to stop reading at bedtime. It is … gripping is the wrong word … intriguing?
Have a good flight. I hope you have noise-cancelling earbuds.

Most importantly, what does Dandy think of it? 😸

Yep, so he gets all the blame from the world now. Masterful stroke by Iran, I must say.

I read the sample on Kindle and ordered it right away. I need a break from Moby Dick 😀

So if you don’t admit to having a ticket you can ride for the regular price? Or will they have special soccer trains?

I understand that the same gene influences prostate cancer, so if Ruth is positive, Josh and Ben will need testing as well as Pip. Same gene also influences ovarian cancer.
MIL had breast cancer, SIL ovarian cancer, hub prostate cancer. All survived, MIL died of old age at 99 1/2.

And amazingly her hair stayed slicked back throughout the rest of the movie.
Should we assume that there was a LOT of gel in it beforehand 🤔

Good movie though - one of our guilty pleasures. Tom Arnold was *so* good in it, and that muscle-bound lunk wasn’t too bad either 😂

Individual facilities are doing it. There are quite a lot of places, but you generally don’t know because you are at ground level and can’t see what’s on the roof! Dual function: provides power to the building, and keeps the cars cool so they don’t have to run AC on full blast.

The road trip was that long ago - wow! I was going to mention that, but ran out of characters and wasn’t sure when/where they went. Wales? The seaside? Ambridge Extra was a short-lived experiment, not worth repeating imo. #TheArchers

Americans. They put vanilla ice cream on any hot dessert (pudding is a completely different thing here).

Must be the same writer who had George referring to “the feds” instead of the plod, fuzz, coppers etc.

Yes, but not with this voice. It’s been a few years. I seem to remember he was a fellow denizen of the cider shed (not @thecidershedpod.bsky.social ) and a pal/sparring partner of Joe Grundy, along with Bert Fry. @brendaselwyn.bsky.social will correct me if I’m wrong 😉 #TheArchers

@radiofreetom.bsky.social a bit late in the day, but Christos anesti!

(I forgot this morning; we stopped recognizing Orthodox Easter when the last practicing - quite expert actually, a monk - member died 😟)

Adam: Did you make the codicil, Brian?
Brian: ?? What codicil?
A (patiently): about the land
B (vaguely): oh, yes, yes, the land. Yes. Codicil. Yes.
A (less patiently): so it’s all settled then, I get the land.
B (peevishly): yes, I told you, I did the codicil. Why are you nagging me?

Well, it’s certainly in Adam’s own interest to believe that Brian is of sound mind, though anyone (i.e. us) listening to that convo would have serious doubts.
Alice will meet B on the way to the solicitor, talk him round, and B will make the codicil in her favour (without telling Adam) #TheArchers

I can’t be the only one remembering him as the gangly rabbit-rescuer smitten with an ecologist in Local Hero, surely?

Meanwhile, what happens to Ruari? He thinks he’s being trained up for Home Farm, but Adam and Brian seem quite happy to let him molder away at Berrow until a pig eats him. Out of sight out of mind, farm-wise, but definitely still front of mind for B family-wise. #TheArchers

I didn’t mean that as “he didn’t write it, so we can ignore it”; I meant “he didn’t write it, so who’s in charge?” Don’t you find it concerning that other people are putting words in his mouth / on his account? Maybe not “Weekend at Bernie’s”, but quite possibly “Dave” (w/o the good guy).
