For some texts, then perhaps Tessa Rajak on Josephus. More recently Katell Berthelot on the Jews and Their Roman Rivals. Marieke Dhont has recently edited the handbook on Hellenistic Jewish Literature in Greek. Sylvie Honigman has written on Maccabees.
