Hubby and I are officially Homeless. The house in Welkom registered on the new owners name this morning now we wait until the house here on the South Coast registers in ours so we can own a home again. If all fails we can go live in our caravan.

Thank you very much. Cannot wait to go and fetch him tomorrow as he will be coming home.

UPDATE on Hubby:
Out of ICU in a private ward. Climbed 3 flights stairs yesterday. All drains & drips out. He had a semi shower this morning, first one since Easter Friday. Coming home tomorrow. ❤️❤️❤️ Love him so much

Hubby is awake. Off the ventilator at 6 this morning. He is doing well. I cannot speak to him yet. Only allowed his phone tomorrow as he needs to rest and still a bit disorientated. No visitors allowed today, driving the 120km tomorrow to see him and stay the weekend.

Only het to see him Friday 😢. Still got to run the business for an income and the hospital is a 240km round trip and with the price of fuel. We will be strong and get through this.

Just phoned ICU. Hubby has just been wheeled back into the ICU Ward. They now need to settle him and I await the call from the Cardiothoracic Surgeon to get a full report. Should be in the next 2 hours. Hubby will remain sedated and on a ventilator until tomorrow. I'm just happy he is out after 8h.

Starting to really anxious. Waiting for the Cardiothoracic Surgeon to phone me and tell me Hubby is out of surgery and all went well. I hate being 120km away not that it would mean anything if I was there. Hubby will remain sedated and on a ventilator until tomorrow morning sometime, NO visitors.
