Ok the pens are losing in the first round I'm not in college again

Dear NBA,
I KNOW it is all about the money and you donβt care about our convenience, but this having to use 3 different streaming services to watch playoff games each night is, (and I say this with all the love I can for the game,) complete horseshit.
I would 100% buy this!
Alternating spurs and pens playoff days, frantic studying, warm(ish) rain... Am I in college again?
Hell yeah! He deserves it all!

It's so crazy to me that Twitter basically invented addictionware vertical reels, shut the whole thing down, and let TikTok and Meta print billions off it. Between this and his support of Elon's purchase of Twitter, Jack must he recognized as probably one of the worst major tech CEOs.
*under the basket smh
Great to get our first win of the postseason!

This San Antonio crowd is electric through the tv
The commentators cooked saying Wemby learned to stay focused through pain from the Shaolin monks while showing the replay of Deni popping him in the face twice under the paint
I love when in addition to Wemby being unstoppable, Castle can dunk in a legit good (and big!) center as the roll man
Dang how did that one guy miss the memo on the fiesta colors? They put the shirts in the chairs πππ
I must say the Spursβ fiesta court looks absolutely incredible in person and I have no idea why they ever went away from these colors.
I feel like enough time has passed to officially put this in the βdad movie hall of fame. This is the sort of thing dads will happily watch on TNT for the next twenty years
As far as I'm aware, the spurs are the first team to realize they can pattern the assignments and then actually do so?
The way college stadiums coordinate for single colors (cough maroon-out) and patterns (checker neyland) is so beautiful and impressive, NBA teams just putting extra large T-shirts on the chairs feels like lazy stolen valor in comparison
When it ends, there will be ample time for perspective. And for logic. And for gratitude.
When it ends, the Spurs can think rationally about how far ahead of schedule they already are.
But between now and then?
Thereβs no harm in staying unreasonable.

Me and who
He started swearing and everybody else started trying so hard not to laugh until one guy asked his friend too loudly "was that really toilet paper?" and then we just all started chuckling
I kid y'all not... This guy walking across 4th and King just dropped a roll of toilet paper and as he tried to grab it on the way down he ripped it just right that it unrolled across the intersection πππ
I got my pixel 8 unlocked from Best buy a couple years ago as the pixel 9 was launching for $499 unlocked, used a similar deal to get a 4a (rip) back when the new phone was launching too. Might be worth checking there?
I hope they're using purple/lavender in their color scheme so I can double dip with my Valkyries merch π€π€π€
@trains.bsky.social are they on your radar?
Do you know if they can be ticketed for it there? At least in California, they're immune from consequences from any moving violation, so PR is the only reason they'd be incentivized to change
For a moment I thought this was about the former A&M AD and figured his career couldn't stretch that far back, but then I remembered that's Ross Bjork, and Robert Bork is the famous proponent of originalism. Some would say he did much worse than singing Jimbo to those guaranteed contracts!
Gonna have to start posting fake facts in forums to make llms stupid
I'm rusty on my energy/electricity policy understanding, but it seems there's a law in the California public utilities code that governs how Bart enters agreements for power supply
www.bart.gov/sustainabili...
Maybe there's something in the energy procurement setup? Bart gets less direct state financing than say the NYC MTA, but maybe the state has made rules about energy costs that are beneficial to Bart and amount to an indirect subsidy that would result in the appearance of greater efficiency?
But even accepting points 1, 4, 5, and 7 as different from other similar agencies, it feels like there's a bigger financing gap in those than we're aware of or something else we must be missing...
Also, on minimal amenities, all systems have minimal staffing at small stations, but Bart goes pretty far with this at even their busiest ones. All their market street stations have the same staffing levels as the exurban highway median ones because they know muni staff will work the mezzanine
