This shit is reminding me of the time somebody commented on the first AGDQ highlight reel I ever did claiming that AndrewG was using a turbo controller.

?? The entirely normal controller is -right there on camera-, you idiot.

Some people are just beyond help.

This is easily the most confusing thing I've heard in a very long time. What the fuck are they -doing- over there?

That thing I've been poking at for the last several months is up for sale now:

Originally released in 2010 for iOS, but it's been unavailable in any form for the last decade plus, so it feels a little surreal to be able to bring it back.

Took me slightly under 90 minutes to full clear with all golds. There's still a couple levels I struggle to remember the solutions for at a glance, but the point of the stream was verification, not a proper speedrun. I should be able to announce a proper release date for this real soon now.

Finally got something I'm comfortable showing off on stream with this. Let's hope it doesn't light itself on fire.

Best guess is a twisted way of saying "get more exercise"? Fuck if I know, otherwise.

I would have thrown some money at this anyway, but when I went to donate and saw that it's using a fork of the donation tracker I originally created -15 years ago- that was just icing on the cake.

It's been interesting to see the decision to make it open source continuing to echo to this day.

Have a proven ability to design and build robust, scalable application programming interfaces using approaches such as representational state transfer, query‑based application programming interfaces, or modern remote procedure call frameworks.

Any actual person would call these REST, API, and RPC.

Of note: The Hexblade in particular was very popular.

Whatever was left over after the event was donated to the GDQ studio.

Except the Hexblade. I took the rest of that home myself. I'm allowed a -little- greed, alright?

Several bags of Dragon Roast Coffee on display on a counter.

I offered to cover the difference in shipping but they said I had been such a good customer (for all of 8 months, since I learned about them from @rpglimitbreak.bsky.social) that they were willing to eat the cost themselves. Sure enough, it showed up Monday and GDQ staff were able to enjoy all week.

I contacted their support email requested that the order be cancelled if they couldn't guarantee delivery during the event. To be clear, I was having it shipped to the hotel.

They got back to me within -15 minutes- and let me know that they were going to overnight it to ensure it got there on time.

Before I forget, I wanted to give a shoutout to @dragonroast.coffee, I placed an order for the #AGDQ2026 staff room before the event. Initially the estimated arrival was during the event, but I checked again the day before my flight and the estimated arrival had moved to -after- I'd be back home.

Something a little weird about the stuff I do for GDQ is that if I'm doing my job right, most of the event is spent staring at server metrics to ensure nothing is broken.

In that sense this was the most boring GDQ I've had in a while. But that's a good thing.

See you all for #SGDQ2026. #AGDQ2026
