I took down one of my closet doors with me & sprained my ankle. My neurologist recommend a week in the Monitoring Unit of the hospital. I said no at first 🤦🏾‍♀️ it sounded crazy. Slowly take me off my meds so I could have seizures with a bunch electrodes attached to my head. With people watching… nope

Aww man praying that you won't have any more. Have you considered trying Epilepsy Monitoring? They'll pinpoint what exactly causes your seizures & where in the brain & personalized medications. I started on one medication but after a year started having seizures again.
