This is pretty much what I say on a daily basis in the vegan Discord servers.

Field roast sweet mustard BBQ shreds, Trader Joe's rice medley (brown, red, black barley) and broccoli steamed & flavored with lemon juice, no salt seasoning & nooch. The shreds were SOO GOOD and i don't care for mustard. It didn't have a mustardy taste just a sweet BBQy taste.

The president is abusing his office and bullying hungry Americans. Putting food on the table is not a political bargaining chip. It’s our responsibility to hold him accountable. We will continue to do everything in our power to ensure that people continue to receive their SNAP benefits, and that includes the benefits that went out on Friday.

This morning, the president ordered states to not distribute full SNAP benefits for November, and demanded that states “undo” any benefits payments that have already been sent to working families for food.

It could be problems like.. ohh.. People not getting paid and people not eating. Something like that..

My favorite is BBQ but sometimes I do a "Yumm sauce" from Cafe Yumm or tahini, or hummus dressing where I add some lemon juice & water to thin it out. So many options!

To simplify my life I've been food prepping the same lunch for mostly every day. Air-fried tofu, potatoes and steamed broccoli. I add lots of seasonings and change up my sauces so it's not the exact same every day. Quick, easy, healthy & delicious.
