As of today I’ve removed Twitter from my phone and locked my account.

Elon going all in on Generative AI, including enabling Grok to generate deepfakes OF MINORS is unconscionable.

This year we ALL need to be louder than ever about this: GenAI is largely unethical and needs to be regulated.

I got the itch to play Ark: Survival Evolved again, but with many of the… “interesting” choices that have been made on that game now… nope. I’m good.
(I’d probably start playing Palworld again since it’s similar, but it just doesn’t quite feel like Ark does).

Anyone else have a game you used to play a good amount, and have wanted to go back to, but the game is just a shadow of its former self for whatever reason?

The comedic timing of this game is insane.
We’re in Act 3, and stumbled across something that needed an Athletics (Strength) Check to work:

Friend: *Fails Athletics Check*.
Conk West: “Failed athletics check? Heh. Step aside, fool”.

For additional context:

My friend chose to play a Path of the Giant Barbarian, and all they do is chuck things. They're throwing weapons, floppy hats, us. Anything, and everything. And it unironically works way too well.
Also, their Barbarian was made to look like Conquest from Invincible.

4 Player Co-op Baldur's Gate 3 is some of the most fun I have ever had in a video game. ever.
Maybe it's the people I'm gaming with.
Maybe it's the strong builds we've got.
Or maybe it's my friends character being chaos incarnate just by chucking things.

Not once did we assemble a group to finish that Raid. Of course we could bring in random players, but it’s a MUCH better experience for us to play as a group.

Fast forward to yesterday, we decided to tackle the Destiny 2 King’s Fall raid, and after 4 1/2 hours… we did it. Free after 8 years…

Bit of a different post that not everyone will “get”, but it’s something I’m just proud of I guess.

8 years ago some friends and I attempted to complete the hardest Raid in Destiny 1, King’s Fall. We got to the final encounter, and then someone left, and we never went back to beat it.

After having played R.E.P.O. for a little bit now...

this statement is even more so true.

Ok yeah, The Wild Robot is really good.

Honestly, the only reasons I can think of are:
1. Gens 2, and 5 would've been "next in line" to get Remakes/Remasters in theory, so this might be a way to appease those fans.
2. The Gen 2 starters are MUCH weaker in comparison to a lot of other Pokemon, and didn't have much that made them stand out.

This message was prompted by the fact I was playing Lethal Company the other day with some friends... we did NOT meet quota.

I occasionally wish I would record/stream some of the times I game with people because WOW are we stupid sometimes (a LOT of the time).
