This plushie is part of a line called Snuggle 'n Hug by Snap Toys. When you press a button in the penguin's flipper, he'll shiver and go 'Brrrr!'. When you hug him, he says 'I love warm hugs!' as his cheeks turn red (via LEDs).

I was beyond hyped for this when it was announced, but somehow I can't find a single F to give at this point. I guess seeing Hitman franchise devolve into a single player live service (complete with FOMO seasons) snuffed all excitement from 'Hitman but Bond' for me.
