I've really enjoyed the Play Groups, the social and emotional support they offer, plus the opportunity to spend time playing with my son in a relaxed environment. I also make use of the Whatsapp community a lot. It's a very good source of support and advice

Just meeting and spending time with other Dads, especially those with children of a similar age, is really good for my general mental health. We can share problems, discuss everyday frustrations, support each other

These quotes from our 2026 survey are why we do what we do. From helping dads see they aren't alone to providing vital parenting advice and cost-of-living support, our staff show up every day to ensure every family feels valued and supported.
