The most important facets for me:
- Gets s**t done.
- Gets it right or as near as dammit given the circumstances.
- Doesn’t need handholding.
- Gets on with others (colleagues & customers).
- An unwavering willingness to learn, whatever the level of seniority.
- Understands it’s not about them!
