Yesterday, the Board of Trustees of the Hamilton Waterfront Trust signed off on winding down the Trust, effective April 1. The Board came into a dysfunctional situation, cleaned things up, and put the Trust in a better place. Residents asked for us to do better, and we delivered. #HamOnt

I don't have an update on that. We are also working on a variety of different initiatives including increasing shelter beds, streamlining (and supporting) affordable housing starts, advocating to other orders of govt for more funding, to support the unhoused in the community.
