honestly I feel like a lot of people (especially nonbinary people) fundamentally misunderstand what being nonbinary is. Maybe I'm missing something here, but isn't it a little insidious when you call yourself an "AMAB/AFAB enby"? Isn't that a little disrespectful to yourself? Why?

God it's way worse when it's paired with shit like "theyfab" or "theymab" or "cissexual" because you know damn well they're just using it as an excuse to be transphobic. I mean, if it weren't tainted by transmeds and w/e, I'd be fine with a word like "cissexual" in some contexts, but you know.

So when someone says some horse shit like "TME people don't understand X, Y, and Z" and I do, this is where that frustration comes from.

I'm not a fan of "TME/TMA" because I swear every time I see it it's not being used productively. It's essentially become meaningless because even though I'd be "TME" because I'm nonbinary and not transfem, it is not at all clear how transmisogyny would affect someone like me.

Sometimes when I'm tired but i still have stuff to do I do something I like to call Robot Mode where I loudly think through the smallest possible steps. like if i have to clean the kitchen i'll think "STEP 1 WALK TO KITCHEN" and then i'll do that and then think "STEP 2 PICK UP FORK" etc
